Hello parents!

I hope some of you have started to follow this blog!  I am trying to keep up with it, but it has been a challenge.

I will be out of the classroom October 23-October 30th for surgery.  Mrs. Wood will be  substituting for me.  She is a certified teacher so rest assured your students are in good hands.

Please remember that your students have homework in math and reading and spelling every week.  Math is due on Thursday and Spelling and Reading is due on Friday to allow for students to study for their spelling test.

End of the 9 weeks is upon us, so please make sure any corrections on work below a 70 is turned in by Friday or will not be accepted.  Also, if there is any makeup work or missing work, it is due by Friday or they will not receive credit.

Story  Character dress up day is October 31, 2012.  Your student may dress up as  a STORY book character that is school appropriate.  If they come in another costume,  they will have to change.  If they do not have appropriate school clothes to change into, you will be contacted to bring a change of clothes.
